[mso] Christine...alternative to tinyurl

The one I prefer is called snipurl and it's here....works great, if you can
get to it (and loads so much faster for me than tinyurl)....and it really
DOES help when posting them ridiculously long urls here

The url will most likely wrap so you'll have to copy and paste both
lines.  Unfortunately, I'm blocked from accessing tinyurl.com from work.
I thought there was another one I could get to, like smallurl.com or
something like that, but couldn't remember what the site name was.
