Is the version difference the problem maybe?  Gaynel originally said she was
using 200*3* not 200*2* .  It's certainly available in my 2003.

The format that you require is not one of the options available to me either
using v2002 SP3.

However, you can create an AutoText or AutoCorrect entry to any format that
you require.
