Single click on the cell that contains that formula...and you will see a
little black box in the lower right corner of the cell...this is called your
Fill Handle...hover your mouse over it until you see a black plus sign
(+)...not a fourway arrow..it MUST be the plus sign...and it must be the
skinny black one, not the fat white one....then just drag your formula down
the column as far as you want it...becuz the formula says E7, it will change
to E8, E9, E10, etc. as you drag it becuz the reference to E7 is
relative....if it said $E$7, it would always refer to E7 becuz the dollar
signs make it an absolute reference.

Subject: [mso] Changing all columns automatically?
Hi List,
Would somone please tell me if there is a way to automatically change this
formula all the way down the column, changing only the cell #? I want to add
the Rounddown to a bunch of cells in a column.
=ROUNDDOWN(E7/3,0)
Thanks again.
