[mso] Changing Row and Column Labels - Excel 2003

Does anyone know if the A, B, C, etc, 1, 2, 3 etc labels on columns and rows
can be changed to anything else? I know you can set them to R1, C1, but a
client wants to substitute labels of items he uses.
