[mso] Re: Catalogue merging in Word

Sorry this is a very short response as I am in the middle of a training
session myself.

Have a look at the StyleRef function.
I use this for chapter/topic headings within my training manuals

Subject: [mso] Catalogue merging in Word

I have asked this before but thought I'd try again just in case ... Is there
a way to use a merge field in Word as a heading in a catalogue and then
ignore that field in subsequent records until the text in the field changes,
so that e.g. if listing function attendees by profession Accountants could
be listed under a heading, then when the profession field changes to Bankers
a new heading is inserted ....
Many thanks.
Jacqui
