Hi Roger,
I have tried a bit but can't seem to reproduce the problem. You said, I
believe, that changing the row height does allow you to force the table onto
a new page. What is the row height you desire and do you have it set as At
Least or Exactly?
I wondered if there were other formatting in the document, after the table,
which was forcing the table not to flow onto the next page - a section
break, for example?
Does the same thing happen if, in a new document based on Normal.dot, you
create a table with the same dimensions?
If so, then does it still happen if you close Word, [temporarily] rename
Normal.dot, restart Word and create a New document containing a new table as
above?
This should identify whether the behaviour belongs to the table itself, the
document or the Normal template. If you have done the above and the problem
persists, then you may need to try repairing Word/Office.
