[mso] Can't Uninstall, Repair or Install Office 2007

If I use Add/Remove Programs to Change = Nothing happens. If I use it
to Remove It says "MS Office Enterprise uninstall did not complete
successfully."
If I put in my original Office Enterprise 2007 DVD I get = "Setup did not
 complete successfully. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

I
found the log that MS wants us to send to them and the error near the
bottom is: "Error: Type: . UnexpectedError ErrorCode: 1605(0x645). This
action is only valid for products that are currently installed." BTW, I
cannot remove MS Project either!

I've tried everything I know
of. I've searched MS and found the windows installer cleanup utility
but in the readme it says don't use on Office 2007.
