Hmm, I'm not sure. Copying files to a .pst as a backup wouldn't affect
the location of the data itself. I'm not sure if a reinstall would help
-- I've never seen this problem happen if the folders have not been
moved. Anyone else? Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hello Elise,
Thanks for your reply. I have not knowingly moved any folders but I did
copy my .pst files to another folder as a backup. I thought this might
have had something to do with it!
Would it be easier to just export my folders etc to a safe location and
then uninstall and reinstall Outlook?
