[mso] Cannot print Background in Word 2000

I have created a X-mass letterhead with Snowflakes as my background added
some other graphics, and everything shows up very nice on the screen, when I
print the document the graphics shows but not the snowflakes
When it shows all graphics on the screen, it is on Web Layout, when I print
it slips into Print Layout in that mode it shows no Background graphics
Any suggestions
