You ask some very good questions.  The first part of your question is easy.
If you know how to do calculated fields (and I know you do) simply plug in
your equation and for the total, use the name of the control in your footer.
This should give you an appropriate percentage.  To the best of my knowledge
this only works when all the fields are there.  However, you could probably
alter the visible control based on your criteria in VBA.

I have a Query with the Following Fields:

[nbrAreaID] [nbrCltID] [txtCltLname] [txtCltFName] and [txtDescription]

Basically it is a List of Clients by Area.

What I need on my Report (that is Grouped by nbrAreaID)

What percent of my Clients are in this Area.... At the end of this Group
(and then the same percentage's again at the end of the Report).

Part B:

Can I get this same Number even if I am querying to Only see Area 1 or will
it only work when I show all Clients in All Area's?
