[mso] Blocking An Email Address

Hello,

I apologize if this is not an appropriate topic here. Just let me
know. :)

Is it possible to block an email address at the Exchange server level
so that nobody in the orginization will receive it?

Our staff is complaining about a bunch of email from jeffry.com which
is pornagraphic.
