[mso] Blocked Senders query

Hi I'm using MS Outlook 2003 SP2, but I also use Spambayes to deal with my
spam.

As a result, I have selected the "No Filtering" option in Actions>Junk. This
goes on to say that mail from Blocked Senders will still be sent to my Junk
Email folder. As I have no entries in the blocked senders list, I expected
that there would be no mail dealt with by MS Outlook's Junk Tools, but it
appears I am wrong as a small number of mails still appear to be handled by
Outlook and sent to its choice of Junk Folder (Spambayes does not use the
same folder).

Does anyone know if Outlook keeps a MS controlled "Blocked Senders" list and
if so, where, and can I disable it?

Colin
