[mso] Average IF function

Dear All
I have got some specific cells and what I want is to average the value if it
is greater than 0

=AverageIF(G8:AD8,">0")  however the function requires to select a range,

I have to skip a column after select each single cell :( like
 =AverageIF(G8,J8,L8,N8,">0") but it doesn't work :(

Could anyone help me please?
