Well, I'm totally confused now.  Is it auto correcting or not?  Do you want 
it to auto correct or not?

Please start your question again.  What exactly is happening?  Which part of 
this don't you like?  Are we just talking about Outlook, or is Word being 
opened to do the edits?  Do you want to use Word to do the edits?
