Wilson,
Thomas stated that when he types "i am fine" then autocorrect does what it is
supposed to do and changes it to "I am fine". So I thought he meant that
autocorrect is working as intended, but I may be totally confused as others are.
Maybe what Thomas is stating is that Outlook just recently started performing
autocorrection and using Word as the editor for composing emails. Since he
thinks he is using just plain text then it is not clear what caused Word to
start being used. In his reply to James Huggins, Thomas indicated the option
to use Word was not checked. And to Joel Rosenthal he stated he wanted to use
autocorrect, but not Word. But to David he wrote "Its just not working despite
the option is enable. All I ask if someone know how to fix it or know what
happened". Either it is enabled or it is not enabled, but what it is is not
clear. And is it autocorrection, which is working, that is to be fixed or the
use of Word that is to be fixed?
So, maybe the question being asked is how to stop having Word pop up as the
editor when the option to use Word is NOT checked, but only Thomas can answer
that. Others have tried to ask, but the replies they have received have not
been helpful. So, Dave may be correct that Thomas needs to state what he is
asking a little clearer so he can get the help he is looking for. Otherwise
everyone is just guessing.

David, I believe Thomas is saying that the autocorrect feature is not=

but surely somebody here can. BTW, Thomas has been on this list, and I've=
seen him help many people many times. He knows very well how a public list=
works. Perhaps there's been a typo on his first post and people became a=
bit confused, and IMHO some of the posts in reply may have been a bit=
thoughtless and led him to his reaction.
