[mso] Auto resorting by page title?

I am trying to write a family data book which includes genealogical
data. At the top of each page is something like:

Carneal, James Rich (1793-1857), Va, Caroline Co, Ky, Christian
Co 3GGF Front 0083
or
Carneal, James Rich (1793-1857), Va, Caroline Co, Ky, Christian
Co 3GGF Rvrse 0084

(Assume Word is doing the paginations. The page numbers are at the
far right of the title.)

The "3GGF" is my personal code telling me how the person is related to me.

Printing on both sides. How do I generate a table of contents and get
future entries to automatically resort based on the top line? If
there are two James Rich Carneals, something will be different that
will differentiate them. Dates, usually.

Suppose the next page is:

Dublin, Jack Conrad (1853-1900), Tenn, Clarkson Co, Washington,
D.C. 5GGU Front 0085
Dublin, Jack Conrad (1853-1900), Tenn, Clarkson Co, Washington,
D.C. 5GGU Rvrse 0085

**This spaces out evenly and correctly as one line on my computer, I
hope it does as well for you.**

So far, that is paginated correctly. Now suppose at the end, I add a
name which goes between, such as:
Davis, John Edward (1883-1912), Ky, Johnson Co, Ky, Jefferson
Co. 4CR2 Front
Davis, John Edward (1883-1912), Ky, Johnson Co, Ky, Jefferson
Co. 4CR2 Rvrse

I would like for Word to automatically place that before Jack Dublin,
and repaginate the entire document. (I am tired of manually sorting
and manually repagination.)

I am using Word 2000, using Windows XP Pro. Can that be done?

For the curious, yes, this is a two-sided document. My printer is
duplex, so I am hoping that will work.

Thank you.

Robert
