[mso] Apologies for Mis-addressed posting on Public Ivy

I'm sorry for having sent my question about Public Ivy status to this list.
It was intended for a different list, but in the midst of multi-tasking and
being in too much of a hurry I made this same email addressing mistake for
the 2nd time this week.
