I am a recruiter in Cleveland, Ohio. I was on the internet searching out
consultants and stumbled onto TechTrax. I read your profile and it indicated
that you run one of the largest Office user support groups on the web
(http://www.freelist.org/webpage/mso). But, when I clicked on this site I was
redirected to someone else’s portal.
We have a local client that needs 2 level 1.5 Help Desk Support types
(possible more). This is an OPEN ENDED CONTRACT, to be done onsite in
Northeast Ohio. Below is the contract description:
Should have MS Word, especially Styles, Numbering & table of contents, and at
least 2 of the Following R’s
Required
Lotus Notes
WindowsXP
Citrix
MS Office
DISCOUNTS / SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
2nd Shift Hours: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
3rd Shift Hours: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am (approx.)
NON‑TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 2 yrs exp. as a HD analyst.
Must have strong Communications skills and be able to work in a team
atmosphere.
Must be able to work on multiple issues in parallel with changing priorities.
Must be a people person who can deal with angry users over the phone.
Outstanding technical skills and must be able to quickly learn new software.
Will provide actually LEVEL 1.5 support.
Legal experience is a plus (Required for 1 or 2 of the people).
They will be tested on their Word Skills as part of the interview process.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB REQUIREMENTS
Will assist CSG representatives with more complex skills that do not require
escalation to Level 2.
Will work with end-users on tickets needing greater depth of knowledge or more
time (over 15 minutes) than expected of the initial call taker.
Will assist in taking direct end-user support calls as needed.
Will assist the Leads and Knowledge and Communication Lead with technical
issues and clarifications.
I thought maybe you might be able to direct me to a website for these types of
individuals. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
