Sadly, it's Outlook 2002! Is there a fix for that?

Ahhh...you must be using Outlook 2000? It's a known issue, and used to
happen to me all the time. I can't remember if it was ever fixed with
one of the Service Patches or if I had to wait for Outlook 2002 for that
to finally stop happening. Does anyone remember when they finally fixed
this?
