[mso] Anne - why you are getting the characters in your emails

Anne ... You will get those weird characters in your mail if you reply to
someone using 2000 that hasn't done Greg's fix.  There's nothing you can do
about that.

You will need help from others re 2000 as I don't have that to refer to.

BTW somehow we ended up with lots of =s and Ds and 20s etc - I changed my
settings some weeks ago to stop this happening but it's crept in again when
replying to you off list.  Now we need Greg as well as Dian!
