[mso] An aggravating problem

Using Outlook 2000.
I have to keep going to view/toolbars and select advanced.  Just seems like 
advanced won't stick. I have to do this about every other day & sometimes 
more oftern.  Is there any way I can make the Advanced toolbar stay?
