Michele,
If you generated your report directly from the table you should do this
to implement Dave's suggestion.
Click on your report and then click on design in the database window.
When the report opens in the designer right click on the little black
square in the upper left of the =20
Reportdesigner screen and choose properties from the menu that drops
down.
In the property window make sure you are in the data tab and then click
on the button with the 3 dots [...] to the far right of the data source
line.
In the query builder window that opens find the field that will be
sometimes blank and put this in the criteria line:
(not null) and (<> "")
Close all the windows saving when asked and try to run the report again.
If you generated your report from a query then modify the criteria line
of the query as above.
