Yes you are. The paper you specified (i.e 30 labels
per page) is not a standard size. Go to printer
properties and set the suitable paper size. I think
there is no standard paper size available for that
label paper. Better you chose custom paper size and
increase height only and keep the same paper width if
you don't have any problem with horizontal priniting
