[mso] Access security

I'm trying to implement user-level security for our office database (mdb).
The database is on a server. It looks like I've got it working fine on my
own machine, but when others open it they are not prompted to enter a
username or password like I am.
Any ideas as to what might be wrong or how to fix it? I'd really appreciate
any help.
