[mso] Access error (was excel-2003)

Please don't post an Access question with an Excel subject line...you may
not get any answers from people that only read Access subject lines...I've
adjusted the subject now

i need to use microsoft access97 but i have already installed the
msaccess2002, so i installed the access97 in the different directory,
