[mso] Access and touchscreen application - Practical?

Forgive me if this is OT but I don't know where else to ask. Has anyone
here ever used Access to build a touchscreen application? Would Access be
practical and if not can you guide me to a more practical approach? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
