AAACCCKKKK!  All that work to make things run just right and you are going
to use a macro to run it?!?  Maybe next week we can walk you through writing
a module with error handling to run it for you.  Using macros is a lot like
driving your car without wearing a seatbelt, not a big problem when
everything is running smoothly, but if something unexpected comes up, ouch!

It's all working...PERFECT!  I just made a macro to run the process and
it's beeeeaaaaauuuuutiful!

This will replace a process that takes typically 5 hours a week,
sometimes more.

Thanks for holding my hand through this. Now I can take the holiday
weekend and enjoy it.  Yippee!

Glenda,

Open the Sorting and Grouping Dialog Box from the buttons in the task
bar. There is an option for a section footer.  Change that from no to
yes and you will get a footer for each group of records.  Add it on the
grouping for your id or whatever you are using to id the person and you
will get a footer for each person.
