Kelly--
James beat me to it; my next suggestion as going to be the Access
implementation of paging using DoCmd.GoToRecord. Be warned that this
doesn't *always* return the results you want, but in most cases it will.
(And as James also mentions, be sure to trap any user to
DoCmd.GoToRecord which will attempt to go to a non-existent record.)

Kelly,
The code for each button is but a single line for the basic
functionality:
Page Up:
DoCmd.GoToRecord acDataForm, "Form1", acPrevious, 10
Page Down:
DoCmd.GoToRecord acDataForm, "Form1", acNext, 10
Just replace Form1 with your form name. You will also want to add a
little error checking to ensure that the user doesn't try to move past
the last record or prior to the first record. This should get you well
on your way though.

I would rate my comfort level with VBA as moderate to good. I'm pretty
= good at looking at code and adapting it for my use, not so good at =
coming up with the original code. Mostly, it's a case of I know what I
= want it to do, but not sure how to tell it to do it.
I got another recomendation to use sendkeys, but as you said, I don't =
find that a very palatible solution, if there is something better that =
doesn't involve hundreds of lines of code.
Any help appreciated.

Kelly,
How comfortable are you with VBA? There are few ways to do it. The =
simple way would be to use SendKeys but this is generally a frowned upon
= practice. The better way but a little more difficult would be to use
code to get = the current record and go to current record + or - 10
depending on which = button they pushed.

Subject: [mso] Access Question :VSMail mx2
Hello All
I want to put a button on a tabular form that will "pageup" or =3D
"pagedown". The form runs off of a query and can have from 1 to =3D
hundreds of records, showing 10 at a time on the form, and I'd like the
= =3D user to be able to scan up and down the form 10 at a time, without
=3D having to hit each record. Right now I just put a note on the form
to = =3D use the up and down page keys on the keyboard to do that, but
I'd like = =3D to make it part of the form.
Thanks
