Rock,

Use an Update query.

Start a new query and put your table into it. Right click the grayish
area the table appears in and select Query type > Update query. You
can also use the two little squares icon on the toolbar. Now drag or
double click the field you want to update to "Field:" and type what
you want to alter the field to in "Update To:". When you run the query
all that column will be updated.
