[mso] Re: Access Question

Ah...ok...I knew how to do it in a report but this guy wants it right in the
query.  He wants a list of all the stuff with the total at the bottom....so
I guess my instincts were right when I told him he should export this stuff
to Excel and do it there.

I thought it was only possible in a report, but I wanted to make
sure...thanks for verifying this for me, Lisa and Phil

I don't think you will get a total result with a "list the values"
result... they are different animals. You could try to create a report
where it *is* possible... otherwise you need 2 queries... one to list
the values and one to create the sum totals.
