[mso] Access & Printers

Hi.
 
I made several Reports in Access which are actually letters.  On my
computer, I set up the page margins and all is well.  When anyone else
opens the file to print these letters, the page margins have reverted to
default 1 inch all around.  How can I prevent this?  /gl
