Perhaps it would make things easier should there be some indication at the
beginning of each subject line (for future mails) of whether it is an
Access, Excel, PP, Outlk or Word related post, eg, some abbreviations, XL,
PP or even the full word like "Word" or "Outlook" maybe?  Just a thought...
