April-
Need to know how to look up Client "JobTypes" (they may have more then
One, so I need to pick when Job I am scheduling for)
I have a Query that list Client-Job Needs)
I only want to see the needs of the
Client I just chose above.
If you have this query and it could return more than one row, you can display
the results in a Listbox. What you need to do is base the list box on the
combobox that displays the client, when the client is changed the listbox will
show the new results from the new client. I think I put an example similar to
this in the files section some time ago.

Subject: [mso] Access Design Table/Form
I am trying to create a table and form that we can use to make Employee Work
Schedule:
I figure I would
Lookup Employee Name (from tblEmpContact)
Lookup Client Name (from tblCltContact)
Need to know how to look up Client "JobTypes" (they may have more then
One, so I need to pick when Job I am scheduling for)
I have a Query that list Client-Job Needs)
I only want to see the needs of the
Client I just chose above.
Now what we want to do is say "Create the Schedule for March". So I want to
Choose March as the Date Month.... Then check which Days (Mon-Sun) and the
set Start/End Time... If I check all days between Monday-Friday... it will
Auto Populate the tblScheduledWork with the correct Dates and start/end
time... (So I don't have to do it Manually.... )
After I do that, I guess on a Different Form... I want to See Employee Name
once and then a list of their schedule Date/Start-end Time/Client (again for
say March)... So I can change XYZ Day that the schedule will be altered for
this month (March 19, the Employee will not see this Client).
