[mso] Access 2003: How to Conditionally Print A LIne In A Report?

To All,

How can I cause certain lines in a report to display and print depending on a
given criterion?

In an Access 2003 database, I currently print a roster of all active members
of a club. In landscape mode, all desired fields just barely fit across the
page using font size 8 points. Today, I have added a new field to the DB in
which to record an alternative phone number (cell, work, etc.). Now I want the
roster to display and print a second line only for those members who have
non-blank 2nd phone info recorded. The full roster was printing on fifty-five
8.5 x 11-inch pages. When I added the line showing second phone, the roster
now consumes 110 pages even though fewer than ten percent of members have
listed a second phone with us.

Please tell me how to suppress the second line for those members who have no
info in the 2nd phone field.
