[mso] Re: Access 2003 Checkboxes

Yo Cathy,

I dunno what exactly but something in your message tinckled a bell.

I checked the form properties and Allow Edits was false.... Which is what I
want.. I don't want the user to alter data unless I let her.

So then how do I let her alter a check box??

It feels like bad practice but I put an allow edits = true in the checkbox
gotfocus event and an allow edits = false in the lostfocus event.

Does anyone have a neater solution??

TIA
Lisa

And many thanks Cathy!!
