[mso] Re: Access 2002 Default Font

You're in the right tab to set it, and I'm wondering if there isn't
something else going on, as all my fonts show up in the drop down. I sure
don't know how to check or reinstall the fonts or perhaps it would be
reinstall Access - not sure, but the fonts should be there and you're in
the right place to change the default. Do you run 97 and 2002 on the same
machine? Are you opening the converted dbs in 97 or 2002?
I may be wrong, but am thinking the problem is with Access not finding the
fonts in your system. Hopefully someone here will have some solid ideas
for you.

[mso] Re: Access 2002 Default Font

Hello All,

I posted this last Wednesday and am hoping someone can give me some help.

When I convert database files (.MDB) from Access 97 to Access 2002, all
reports, queries, and tables get displayed in a font that looks like some
kind
of calligraphy. When I click Tools|Options and select the Datasheet tab,
the
Default colors > Font widow is blank and when I click the down arrow in
the
Font window, that is also blank. The Font window doesn't allow me to key
in
Arial (my preferred default font style).

I am able to convert individual tables, queries, and reports to Arial (or
any
other font style), however, I am looking for a way to specify my DEFAULT
font
style.

Thanks for your help.
