[mso] Re: Access 2000 query query

Make a new form, using the New Form Wizard, based on your query. As you
move through the wizard, you'll see options to set it out like a table.
Do so. It will come out as a form which looks a lot like a table. You
can then (working from memory here!) apply grouping to the form. You
should then end up with something that looks like your query, is
grouped, and is also updateable.

Ray,

I know this is showing my ignorance but ... what's a multi-record table
view form and how would it help please?

Maybe there is another way around? What I've done is create a list of
files from different folders and I'm trying to say.. okay.. this one is
a duplicate or older so I don't want it.

.. And I have to say this is remarkable for a Suturday evening. Thanks.

Regards
Lisa
