[mso] Re: Access 2000 query query

Hi Ray,

I did that and I can then update the records. Adding in the group by
clause makes it uneditable - horrid word - again.

This is the SQL from the SQL window when I click the sigma button to
take out the grouping...

SELECT tblFiles.fName, tblFiles.fSize, tblFiles.fCreated,
tblFiles.fLastModified, tblFiles.fParent, tblFiles.fAction,
tblFiles.fItemNum
FROM tblFiles
ORDER BY tblFiles.fName, tblFiles.fSize, tblFiles.fCreated DESC ,
tblFiles.fLastModified DESC , tblFiles.fParent;

...When I click the sigma again to put the grouping back then I can't
update the records again.

Regards
Lisa
