Are there any calculated fields in the query?

Subject: [mso] Access 2000 query query
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to update a recordset based on a query but Access tells me
it's read only. The only reason I can think of is that I've used Group
by in the query.
Is it the case that queries using group by are not updateable please?
Regards
Lisa
