Rocky,
There are a couple options for you. The first is simply open your form in
design view and drag and drop your new field from the field list. If you
want it in a particular position this will force you to place it where you
want it and then adjust the tab stops so that they still run in order.
There is another easy option, simply create a new form, using a wizard or
autoform. Depending on the complexity of your form and if you have any code
behind it, this may be your easiest option. The best way to go is
definitely to add it manually and reposition everything, but as I said, if
you have a basic form, recreating it may be your best option.

I have a database setup in Access 2000 with 35 fields and I have a
form setup for it. I know you can add a column in the middle of list
for a new field, but how do you add a field in the middle of the form
and have it pick up the right data for the right fields from there to
the end?
