Peggy-
I believe you are talking about the voting options in an email. This
feature is only available if your Outlook is setup using the
Corporate/Workgroup option. If you use Internet Email it is not
available.

Does anyone know how to use the accept/reject option in Outlook? When
I go into options and click on this option, the only button at the
bottom of the box is the cancel button, no button at the bottom that
accepts this option.=20
If I just hit enter and send the email, the option is not enabled.
