[mso] Accept/Reject option in Outlook

 Does anyone know how to use the accept/reject option in Outlook?  When I go
into options and click on this option, the only button at the bottom of the
box is the cancel button, no button at the bottom that accepts this option. 
If I just hit enter and send the email, the option is not enabled.  Help!
