That's a new one on me too!  Cool tips.  Anyway, since Print All would
be a natural for Shift Click File, please suggest it as the powerful MVP
that you are :-)

Yeah, that's what I've been doing.

I don't want it _that_ bad!  Seriously, I bet it wouldn't be too tough
to do a routine.  Some day (sigh).
