<<you can hit Shift/double click File to see Close All>>
LOL...there you go again with that laptop double clicking, Dian....no
need to double click....just hold Shift and single click on the File
menu to get Close All
Not sure what kinda laptop you have, but mine sure doesn't require all
the double clicking yours does.

Nope. Although you can hit Shift/double click File to see Close
All...there's no print all. The best you can do is highlight a bunch,
hit Ctrl/P/Enter to print the current file, hit Alt/F4 to close it...hit
Ctrl/P/Enter to print next, hit Alt/F4 to close...and so on.
You can just go to Windows Explorer, highlight all and click print. Each
will individually open in Word, print and then Shift/double click File
will allow you to click Close all. But other than a VBA app to cycle
through all the docs in a specific file...there's no easy way.
Know, however...if you really wanted this...that Greg has written a file
that does this...but it's one of his code library mods...which he sells
for about $250 per mod. So if you couldn't do it yourself or find
someone else to write it for you...you can have the procedure to do it
for that cost.
