Maybe some of the text has a different style applied to it, and that is causing
the extra line spacing. Select the text and check the Style dropdown box on the
Formatting toolbar. A style like Normal (Web) + Arial has extra line spacing,
but still shows as single line spacing in the Format >> Paragraph setttings.
The first option in the Style dropdown box is Clear formatting, which you can
use to remove the style.
