[mso] Re: A Difference Between Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003

The link works for me.  I'm using Outlook 2002, though.

It seems like this is likely to be an Internet Explorer issue rather than
an Outlook issue.  Isn't it the browser that's not redirecting (if that's
the correct term for what's supposed to be happening)?

I've looked through the options in Explorer(6.0) but I haven't been able
to change anything to make it not work.
