[mso] Re: A Difference Between Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003

======================
Actually, it sounds to me like you might get this behavior in other apps as
well and that an association has been hijacked. How long has it been since
you tested that URL on your local system and have you installed or changed
the options in any other software recently?
======================

Sorry
I haven't been clear

My www.jsh.us was just an example

Here is a more precise description of the behavior

1) both www.something and http://www.something produce clickable links in
Outlook 2002 and 2003

2) both www.something and http://www.something link to the same place on my
Outlook 2002

3) In my Outlook 2003 http://www.something works (every time); but
www.something does not work (every time)

4) all of this is regardless of the value of "something"

PS: did a repair off the Office 2003 CD; no difference
