well, block that IP from sending you email.
if you are ever curious as to where an email originated, get the =
headers, and paste them into the box on the home page of =
www.spamcop.com. then hit the 'interrogate' button. it will kick back a =
link to the ISP's abuse email address for reporting.

have you checked the physical headers of the 'spam' email? if not, or =
=3D
=3D3D
=3D3D3D
=3D3D3D3D
you're just not sure how, the easiest way is to use Outlook Express, and
=3D3D3D3D
drag the email to your desktop. Next is open the .eml file with Notepad.
=3D3D3D3D
That will allow you to easily inspect the headers.
If you are not sure what you are looking at, feel free to post the full
=3D3D3D3D
headers back in an email and I'll see if I can tell you what's going on.

Can someone tell me why I would be receiving spam from myself? I know
the first thing you're gonna say is a virus but nope. I get spam from
myself and 1 other person in this company. Any idea how to stop it?
Can't really block myself.
