That is usually the case. Other users might have been
replicated over prior to your creating this new user.
best way to test is create a test user allow 5mins for
replication then attempt to send and receive from this
new user. Perform this test with an external mail
address.
Also connect to your gateway server and see if the
users name appears on the GAL. This usually confirms
if repl is working ok.
