Hi
I had similar problem sometime ago. only to discover
that the user was not showing up on replay server. I
have 2 server in my current location and I noticed
that the Mailbox server was not properly replicating
changes to the gateway server. Is this your situation
as well??? check to see that replication is working
on.
Regards
dave
